By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

To access personalised features you must register using your Google or GitHub account via OAuth. By doing so you agree that:
Non-premium users receive access to a curated set of foundational DSA problems at no cost, plus 3 free preview credits which can be used to preview premium problem visualizations. Free credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire if your account is deleted.
Premium access is available on monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans. Plan prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency.
All plans are non-auto-renewing. You will never be charged automatically at the end of a billing period. You may manually renew when your access expires. This applies to all plan types, including monthly and yearly.
Premium access is for your personal, individual use only. You may not share your login credentials, stream your session to others, or otherwise allow any third party to use your premium account. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Active premium subscribers receive access to all new problems, data structure visualizers, and content updates published during their subscription period at no additional cost.
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Algobase does not receive, store, or process your card number or bank account details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
All purchases of premium plans are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.
Promotional coupon codes may be applied at checkout for a discount. Coupons are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
If you wish to upgrade from a shorter plan to a longer one (e.g. monthly → yearly), contact support and we will apply a prorated credit towards the upgraded plan cost.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to algorithm visualizations, execution animations, problem statements, solution descriptions, code walkthroughs, complexity analyses, UI designs, and the Algobase name and logo — is the exclusive property of Algobase or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Service content without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that harms other users or Algobase. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for a refund.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@algobase.dev. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund, as all purchases are final and non-refundable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Visualizations and code examples are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute official language specifications or guaranteed interview preparation outcomes.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALGOBASE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ALGOBASE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALGOBASE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
